This is Small House B, part of Ferisia's Dam District. It features 2 levels. The base has a wood floor, allowing the building to be set in place on a scatter terrain map (like warhammer) or set on a grid (like D&D). The second floor is simply an A-frame roof. All the doors open and close on a tiny hinge. Comes in Black PLA+ plastic (the same material that LEGOs are made of). The material can easily be painted, but looks great in black. The piece arrives READY to add to your game immediately. Made in USA, using materials made in USA. 2 pieces total. 28mm scale.

Both of the Small Houses have a 5" x 5" footprint, and are about 6" tall. Small House A has the chimney on the side, as well as a porch with railing. Small House B has the chimney in the corner, and no porch or railing.

Every order is custom made. This house takes about 2 days to print.
