This is the Noble House, part of Ferisia's Dam District. It features 5 levels. The base has rocks all around, allowing the building to be set in place on a scatter terrain map (like warhammer) or set on a grid (like D&D). The second floor features a balcony. The third floor also features another balcony. The fourth floor has a small room plus a slanted rooftop. And the fifth floor is simply an A-frame roof. All the doors open and close on a tiny hinge. Comes in Black PLA+ plastic (the same material that LEGOs are made of). The material can easily be painted, but looks great in black. The piece arrives READY to add to your game immediately.
